EXCLUSIVE!
Perhaps the vicious fallout from Chaz Bono being cast on the 13th season of Dancing With the Stars is all the gay politics the show can muster right now?
While this season's crop of wannabe A-listers is definitely LGBT friendly, we couldn't help but wonder why out and proud Queer Eye for the Straight Guy star Carson Kressley wasn't paired up with one of the competition's many male dancers?

"We thought about it," the show's executive producer, Conrad Green, tells us exclusively.
And we're not surprised. Peeps have been buzzing about when the show would have two dudes (or two ladies, of course) tango since, like, forever.
And while Lance Bass wasn't down to salsa with an equally sexy stud, we thought maybe Carson would be game to be the first.
So how did he end up partnered with Anna Trebunskaya?
"We try to follow what happens in real ballroom competitions," Green continues. "That was the original intention of the show. And while we are aware that there are same-sex couples, the competitions are usually mixed-gendered."
And Conrad doesn't think Carson will have any trouble getting steamy with a chick.
Greene explains, "It's a performance, like actors, so we don't think it's odd pairing up dancers with incompatible sexual preferences, but based off abilities."
We getcha, Con, haven't you ever heard of a little creative licensing? Heck, if the Israeli version of the show can have same-sex partners, so can we!
Keep it in mind for season 14, wontcha?
