The X Factor is getting ready to reload.

With Britney Spears all but officially signed on for season two of the Fox reality show, Celebuzz is reporting that Simon Cowell is considering going after another pop sensation to fill the other vacant seat at the judges table: Miley Cyrus! And she's not the only teen pop star the show is considering for the gig!

Here's what sources are telling us about Cyrus possibly joining Cowell and L.A. Reid on the judging panel in season two...

A show insider tells E! News that the teen idol is one of the names being discussed as a possible judge. Another name in the running? Avril Lavigne, who is no stranger to the Fox show after performing her hit song "Complicated" with finalist Chris Rene on finale night.

While producers might be interested in Miley, however, sources close to the entertainer say no offer has been extended at this time.

Miley's not the only former Disney darling being courted by the show as The Hollywood Reporter reports that Demi Lovato is also being considered for the fourth judging spot.

In April, E! News exclusively reported that Spears' team had basically agreed to a $15 million, one-year deal. "Both camps were back and forth on the money but now they have finally come to agreement on the fee," an insider told us. "That was the big sticking point and now, thankfully, it's been sorted. All they need to do now is work out the smaller points. The fact the money is now set, means that there is nothing stopping this from becoming a reality."

Cowell has been searching for two judges to replace Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger since he fired them in January. The show is also looking for a new host to take over for the similarly terminated Steve Jones. X Factor is slated to return to Fox in September.
