Sharon Osbourne delivered an emotional response Monday to news of her son Jack's multiple sclerosis diagnosis.
The Osbourne matriarch addressed her fellow panel members on "The Talk," thanking friends and fans for the outpouring of support over the revelation.
"Sharon, you have always been an open book with your life, with your family's life. And right now there's something going on with Jack," co-host Julie Chen said at the top of the CBS chat show (watch below).
Osbourne struggled with tears, saying, "Jack will be here on Wednesday to talk about his diagnosis, but he's great. He's doing really, really good."
"Thank you to everyone for all their good wishes. It's been amazing for Jack. I really believe that vibes and prayer help," she continued, met with applause from the audience.
News came Sunday of new dad Jack's condition, one he seemed at peace with in an interview published Monday morning.
"I realized: Being angry and upset is not going to do anything at this point. If anything, it's only going to make it worse," the 26-year-old said.
Jack and fiancee Lisa Stelly welcomed a little girl, Pearl, in April. The family enjoyed their Father's Day despite the bombshell, as Jack Osbourne tweeted: "This is the best fathers days I've ever had!"
