Mel Gibson
has agreed to fork over $750,000 to his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva as part of their custody settlement ... TMZ has  learned.

According to the terms of the agreement, revealed today in court, Mel will give Oksana the money in 3 installments of $250,000 -- the first payment will be made when the deal is signed today.

The next payment will be made on Sept. 15, 2013 -- and the final payment will be made on Jan. 1, 2016.

Today in court, the judge in the custody case said the couple will have joint legal and physical custody of their daughter Lucia.

The judge also said the house that Oksana and Lucia are living in will be sold when Lucia turns 18 and the money will be placed in a trust for Lucia.

083111_oksana_v2_videoThe couple also agreed that no books can be written by either party ABOUT the other party. The judge also mentioned that neither party can hire a ghost-writer to write a book about the other party either.

If any repairs need to be made on Oksana's home, Mel is required to pay for the work -- up to $5,000.

The judge asked both Mel and Oksana if they understood and agreed to the terms of the settlement -- and they both replied, "Yes."

During the hearing, Mel addressed the judge and said, "Thanks for a reasonable conclusion."

Oksana also spoke ... saying, "Thanks to the judge for the tremendous help to resolve this matter."

The "blast in a glass" was spotted partying with "Dancing with the Stars" regulars Mark Ballas, Derek Hough, Lacey Schwimmer, as well as new contestants Rob Kardashian and Kristin Cavallari.

By the looks of her pole moves, Deena may want to give up her day job ... if she had one.

Tom Jones Released From Hospital After Health Scare

Tom Jones should be back to singing "It's Not Unusual" in no time.

The 71-year-old crooner had landed in a Monte Carlo hospital last Saturday after a health scareâ€"which turned out to be severe dehydrationâ€"forced him to cancel a show that night in Monaco.

So what's Jones saying about his hospitalization?

MORE: Jones gets knighted!

He wants to thank his fans for reaching out to him while he was at Princess Grace hospital in Monte Carlo.

"A big thank-you to all for your concernâ€"your messages and wishes have been very thoughtful," Jones told fans in a message.

Initial reports had speculated that perhaps Jones suffered a heart ailment, but he turned out to be suffering severe hydration after performing at recent festival shows in the "throes of high summer heat."

Jones' spokesman also said the singer is now in tip-top shape.

"Sir Tom was released from hospital yesterday [Tuesday] and is now in very good health," he told the BBC.

Jones was dogged by rumors of poor health recently after shedding more than 30 pounds, but he credited his skinnier bod to a strict diet and cutting out booze.

We're happy to hear he's made a full recovery!

Urkel, Er, Jaleel White Set to Guest Star on House

Jaleel White is in the house!

OK, make that on House. Well, he will be, at least.

That's right. The guy who gave us the greatest geek of the '90sâ€"Steve Urkelâ€"is set to appear on the Fox TV drama.

MORE: Odette and David Annable Talk House, Breaking In and Starting a Family

The former Family Matters actor will guest star on the Oct. 3 season premiere of the show, according to TV Line.

So, just what will White be playing?

It looks like he'll be trading in his suspenders for a jumpsuit to portray an inmate alongside Hugh Laurie's titular character, who, viewers will recall, wound up in the clink after deciding to run his car into Lisa Cuddy's, er, house at the end of last season. The episode reportedly picks up a year after the fact.

It's been quite a good month for the onetime child star. After all, it was just a couple of weeks ago that we got to witness White channel Cee Lo Green in the singer's newest music video.

Actually, make that quite a good month for Urkel fans!

Which Glee TV Hunk Is Trying to Sell His Couch on Twitter?

Is there nothing Twitter can't be used for? After all, it helps starts feuds, allows haters to anonymously bash celebrities and, of course, indulges stars who want to pawn off their tatty old belongings.

Wait, what?

That, at least, is what one hot young TV star got up to this week, when he decided to give away his more than gently used leather couch by posting it online. Rather fittingly, it could be yours for a song.

So who's couch is it?

Now is the time to Gleek out, people: It's Cory Monteith's!

Posting under his nom de tweet, Frankenteen, the Glee hunk made his followers an offer they couldn't refuseâ€"or, rather, an offer they probably could refuse were it made by anyone other than Monteith.

His sales pitch, after all, did leave a little to be desired.

"Doing a little spring cleaning around the house, we got this couch to get rid of…any takers? It's super crappy!" he tweeted.

Well, when you put it like that...yeah, we're sure there are a few million people who wouldn't mind taking it off your hands, Cor.

Harry Potter's Tom Felton & Rupert Grint: "Kissing Shots to Come!"

READ: "Sad" Harry Potter Star: Is This Really the End?

The two were shot earlier this month at the legendary Magic Castle (natch!) for their new gig modeling for uber-hip fashion line Band of Outsiders. They're shown playing cards, drinking and hanging in the garden of nearby Yamashiro restaurant.

"The photos are bringing back great memories, particularly our uncontrollable laughter," Felton tweeted.

Guess that could happen when you're posing with top hats and stuffed bunny rabbit toys.

"More pics of #tupert coming later this wk," Band of Outsiders posted on Twitter. "Stay tuned."

We can't wait because Felton also tweeted, "Thanks to @bandofbrothers for letting our bromance flourish. It was a truly magical day...kissing shots to come!"

This certainly is the bromance that keeps on giving. Remember the t-shirt Grint wore to the premiere of Felton's latest flick, Rise of the Planet of the Apes?

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva's Custody Settlement: Who's Getting What?

Aside from reaching a custody agreement over the raising of their daughter, the good news here is that Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva can finally get on with their lives.

The Braveheart star and his ex-girlfriend turned up in Los Angeles County Superior Court today where their attorneys officially informed Judge Peter Lichtman that the two have settled their financial child custody issues.

So what's the deal?

MORE: Custody Battle Royale! Teams Mel, Oksana in Court Now!

Oksana will be allowed to live in Gibson's Sherman Oaks, Calif., house until their nearly 2-year-old daughter, Lucia, turns 18. At that point, once she reaches that age, the home will be sold and proceeds will be put in a trust for Lucia.

The Oscar winner also agreed to pay his Russian baby mama $750,000 in three installmentsâ€"$250,000 after the releases have been signed, another $250,000 by September 2013 and a final installment by September, 2016.

The pair will also share joint legal and physical custody of Lucia as well.

Judge Lichtman lastly warned the parties not to do any publication regarding their tumultuous relationshipâ€"be it a book, hiring a ghost writer to pen a book (or make a movie or an audio tape natch)â€"or the settlement will be void.

Both Mel and Oksana agreed to the terms and thanked the court. Neither spoke to the media after the hearing.

But Grigorieva's lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, did tell reporters that the pianist wanted to resolve the contentious matter for the sake of their daughter.

"Oksana and Mel were in love. In love for three years. Lucia was a planned child," said the legal eagle. "Oksana settled today because it was the best interest of Lucia. Oksana will not be commenting. Instead she is going to concentrate on raising her daughter herself without nannies."

The musician's co-counsel, Marvin Garvus, added he hopes in the future that "Mr. Gibson's career moves on and so will [Oksana's]. She has...another CD coming out soon. She is totally devoted as a mom."

How Kim Kardashian Is Spending Her Post-Wedding Week!

She's (almost) always on the list

Kim Kardashian is taking New York again!

The newlywed touched down in the Big Apple Monday night with her sister Kourtney and nephew Mason in tow.

Although Kourt's man Scott Disick was with the girls, Kim's hubby Kris Humphries wasn't photographed with the crew (he was back home in Minnesota packing!). But he'll definitely be in the city for their big welcome bash tonight...

PHOTOS: New York Party Pics

Kim and Kris are the guests of honor at a lavish fete being thrown by Jason Binn and Colin Cowie at Capitale.

While their wedding was strictly black-and-white themed, this bash will have a splash of color: chartreuse. And just like their nuptials, there will be live entertainment and surprise performances. Can't wait!

While the newlyweds are in the city to film a second season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, they'll be living in luxury.

The E! reality star and her basketballer hubby will call the penthouse of the Gansevoort Park Avenue home, according to the New York Post. The hotel suite usually costs $7,000 a night.

As for why Kris wasn't by Kim's side when she hit the MTV VMAs on Sunday? Her rep tells E! that Kris was busy packing in Minnesota before their big move.

After just returning from mini-honeymoon in Italy, you'd think the bicoastal couple would be used to living in suitcases by now!

Injured Stuntman Sues Hangover 2 Crew Over Bangkok Accident

UPDATE!

A stuntman left with severe brain injuries after a stunt-gone-wrong during the production of The Hangover Part II last December is suing distributor Warner Bros. for negligence and failing to ensure his safety.

So just what happened?

MORE: The Hangover Part 2 is "Exactly the Same"

Per the lawsuit filed in California on Tuesday, a copy of which was obtained by the Hollywood Reporter, plaintiff Scott McLean had been serving as a stunt double during a high-speed car chase through the streets of Bangkok when the truck he was riding in was hit by another vehicle during second-unit filming.

McLean was taken to a local hospital where he slipped into a brief coma. Not long after the mishap, he was airlifted to a hospital in Australia where he is said to be receiving further treatment and recovering in a rehab facility.

But according to the complaint, the Dec. 17 smashup left him with "likely permanent brain and physical injuries," including ongoing seizures, speech impediments, physical impediments and brain trauma.

McLean's suit specifically singled out the movie's stunt coordinator, Russell Solberg, claiming that the sequence they were shooting required "precision and timing" and Solberg committed negligence when he altered that.

"Solberg commanded to the driver of the automobile in which plaintiff Scott McLean was a passenger, that the speed of his vehicle be increased significantly to a speed unsafe for the stunt, thus resulting in a major collision," state court docs.

McLean's partner, Raelene Chapman, is also named as a plaintiff in the legal action that states she's had to quit work to tend to the stuntman as he continues his recovery.

The duo are seeking unspecified damages against Warner, Solberg and various other members of the production team for failing to adhere to Thailand safety laws in executing the ill-fated stunt.

The studio released a statement indicating it was doing the best it can to provide for McLean.

"We were shocked and saddened by this accident and have been working closely with Scott and his family throughout his treatment and recovery," said Warner Bros. " We have offered continual support since the accident occurred and we are working together to try and resolve any outstanding issues."

Kiss-Off: Watch Sarah Jessica Parker Shut Down a Puckered-Up Fan!

Good help is so hard to find. Good help that doesn't try to get fresh with you, anyway.

Sarah Jessica Parker learned that lesson the hard way while making the promotional rounds in Moscow this week, when a cheeky fan (who was also reportedly acting as a bodyguard for the star) tried to leave with a souvenir that she wasn't quite ready to give.

Namely, a kiss.

MORE: Is Sex and the City heading back to the small screen?!

The fan encounter went down outside the city's Bolshoi Theatre, and took place while SJP, fresh off of making a press appearance for I Don't Know How She Does It, stood to pose with bodyguard Oleg Donstov and a group of fans.

Perhaps sensing a once in a lifetime Kodak moment, Donstovâ€"clearly a fan, as just moments before he stood still while Parker signed his chestâ€"waited until everyone had posed and the photo was about to be taken before making his move, slickly puckering up in an oversize attempt to plant one on the A-lister.

MORE: Are Sarah and Matthew leaving NYC behind?

Her response? A schoolgirl squeal if ever we heard one. For her part, Parker managed to laughingly wriggle out of the faux embrace, honor intact. (So stand down, Matthew Broderick!)

So he didn't get the kiss, but he got a pretty game kiss-off. We'd say that the best he could've hoped for in this situation.

As for Donstov, he was quoted in Scotland's Daily Record saying that his fanboy moment, amusingly caught on tape, may cost him his job. Of course, that post script comes from the same paper which claimed that Donstov ripped open his shirt and practically assaulted the star, leaving her screaming in terror, which is clearly not the case. So…grain of salt, and all that.

Bromantic Shenanigans Get Dark in Exclusive Images from I Melt With You

Charlie Sheen Winning After Warner Bros. Denied Gag Order Request

Wait, Charlie Sheen may actually, really, be #winning.

Not the crazy torpedo tour, goddess keeping or warlock talk winning, but real-life big-money lawsuit battle winning.

As if Sheen's war with Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. weren't public enough, now an arbitrator overseeing the case has denied the studio a request for a gag order in the court case, per the Hollywood Reporter.

So what exactly does this all mean?

MORE: Charlie calls Chuck some nasty names

It means we're probably going to be hearing lots of crazy talk from the Vatican warlock assassin as this case unfolds. Both Sheen and Warner Bros. (whoever wants to publicly go up against the nutter) are free to discuss the case with the media while it's being settled.

The press still isn't invited to attend arbitration hearings, and they can't view confidential details that are "sensitive and proprietary," like medical and financial records, but we're sure we'll be getting a mouthful of updates on the case from Sheen that will be pretty juicy.

Back in June, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that the case would be disputed privately and would not be headed to a public trial. Sheen had wanted the trial to be public. Lawyers for Warner Bros. and Lorre argued no way to a court battle because Sheen had turned on them so publicly.

Currently, both sides are beginning depositions and getting their cases in order. Sheen claims he was fired because Lorre had a personal beef with him and his public rants against him and the way he ran the show. Warner Bros. says Sheen was unable to perform his acting duties on the show because he was, ya know, acting crazy.

All in all, this is a small win for Sheen, who with an upcoming Comedy Central Roast starring him on the table, is now free to rant all he wants about the case and Lorre.

Top Five Real Housewives Real Estate Woes!

While Bravo might be ready to pop out another installment of the now-controversial Real Housewives franchise, the bigwigs over at the network might want to consider cutting the broads some bigger paychecks. Otherwise, the show might as well change its name to Real Homeless Housewives.

Though they may want you to think they're living a lifestyle of the rich and semi-famousâ€"much like folks were fooled by the Armstrongs' false appearance of wealthâ€"plenty of these boob-tube ladies have been feeling the burn of the crappy economy. Who's their biggest enemy (well, besides Danielle Staub)?

The real estate market!

The Housewives haven't earned their reality-TV notoriety for recessionista ways, so it might not be surprising that sometimes they make expenditures they can't quite cover. Very in-the-know Zillow blog spilled on some of the real woes of the Real Housewives, and we're taking a look the five worst of the worst:

5. Sheree Whitfield: Saved By Divorce! The ex Atlanta Housewife doesn't exactly have the best track record when it comes to paying her bills: like allegedly owing cash to her private detective or on her swanky car. But it wasn't her fault that her former pad went into foreclosure: Her (now) ex-hubby lost it to the bank, which cut the price a million dollars to unload it.

4. Peggy Tanous: Conspiracy Theorist! If there's one thing we know about O.C. chick Peggy it's that she isn't afraid of a catfight. And when she's not feuding with her fellow castmates, she apparently isn't afraid to take on...the bank?! When the broad received a foreclosure notice on her home, she accused her lender of "conspiring to take the house."

3. Lynne Curtin: Always on Notice! It's no secret that former O.C. Housewife Lynne hasn't exactly had the best of luck in the past. Maybe worst of all? Bravo gave her the boot from the hit series. But she's also had some housing trouble. Like getting evicted from her Laguna Beach rental in 2009. A year later? The chick was evicted from another SoCal home. Yikes!

2. Alexis Bellino: Cut-Back Queen! Here's a sitch that O.C. broad Alexis doesn't want aired on TV: She was in debt. Like $84,000 in debt! But when she and her hubby, Jim, tried to unload their home for nearly $8 million, no one was biting. Not until they lowered the price to $3 mill. Hardly a figure to scoff at but a brutal $5,000,000 loss!

1. Teresa Giudice: Debutant in Debt! While Teresa may be famous for flipping tables, we're surprised she owns any furniture anymore. The New Jersey spender and her hubby, Juicy Joe, were nearly $11 million in debt when they lost their overly expensive home and filed for bankruptcy. They are now undergoing credit counseling. Maybe it's time she doubles up her TV duties and moves her brood into the Jersey Shore house?
