How Did Lindsay Lohan Spend Her First Night of Freedom?

She's (almost) always on the list

Lindsay Lohan doesn't waste any time.

Yesterday morning in L.A., she was sprung from her court-assigned house arrest.

First, she squeezed in some community service at the Downtown Women's Center.

And then, it was on to the most important stuff: partying! So what was her first stop and which male celeb joined her?

Linds headed to Lexington Social House in Hollywood around 10 p.m. with some friends in tow, including Emile Hirsch.

The group of 10 hung on the back patio, where the actress tasted crab salad, fried chicken and cheesecake...along with her freedom, of course.

A source wasn't sure whether she was drinking (which she's technically free to do now that her alcohol testing period has ended), but she did almost take a tumble during her exit around 1:30 a.m.

She took to Twitter to explain her wobbly walk, blaming it on her sky-high heels and the photogs. "Of course me going to my best friends going away dinner is a headline- especially on my first day out of my house in 35 days. That does not give anyone the right to have a field day and manifest stories. IT WAS A GOING AWAY DINNER, THAT WAS IT. Nothing exciting happened aside from the very yummy hummus and pita. If anyone caused me to nearly fall it was the pyschotic paparazzi," she posted, along with a photo of some Lady Gaga-esque shoes.

Emile had some choice words for the pack of paps from the car. "You guys are, seriously, kind of losers!" he offered as he got into their overstuffed SUV.

Let's look on the brightside. At least California taxpayers are no longer paying to patrol her partying ways!
