Live from New England, it's a lovely piece of real estate.
As befitting its national treasure of an owner, this four-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath home is a traditionally laid-out pile of bricks, situated not so commonly on six lushly landscaped acres in the exclusive Connecticut town of Greenwich.
Apparently the veteran morning-show host who listed the property for $3.8 million decided that a grand apartment in Manhattan is enough for the time being.
So who's "downsizing" in preparation for a major lifestyle change later this year?
MORE: Can Jeff Probst survive daytime?
You are looking at the house that Live built.
Regis Philbin and his famous-by-association wife, Joy, are the ones packing up their place on Meeting House Road, whichâ"fun fact!â"is in Greenwich, except for .34 acres that technically are in Stamford, according to real-estate site Zillow.com.
The Philbins' love nest comes with a master suite with two bathrooms (and we wonder how they stayed so happy for 41 years), an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, a library with a wet bar and two family rooms. A pool, tennis court and gazebo liven up the private grounds.
In case you hadn't heard, Regis isn't just packing up this address, which he's called home for 13 years. He's also leaving Live With Regis and Kelly in November after 10 years cohosting with Kelly Ripa and a previous 16 alongside Kathy Lee Gifford. No official Regis replacement has been announced yet, but now that Survivor ring-leader Jeff Probst has signed up to host his own daytime talk show on CBS, the No. 1 candidate appears to be Ripa's hunky hubby, Mark Consuelos.
He and Joy have been splitting their time between Connecticut and their apartment in NYC's Millennium Tower, where Howard Stern is their upstairs neighbor.
WATCH: Daniel Radcliffe is also saying his goodbyes...
