A lot of famous hot moms appear to be fans of the Belly Bandit.
Jessica Alba isn't one of them.
The actress has sued the makers of the Belly Bandit, a device that supposedly helps shrink and tone tummies after pregnancy, saying that her photo and name were used on packaging and in a celebrity testimonial on their website without her consent.
The Valentine's Day star is demanding that any mention of her be removed, ASAP. But since they were allegedly capitalizing on her fame for a little while...

Why not get paid?
Alba is asking for at least $4 million to compensate for alleged violation of the common law right of publicity, unfair business practices and unjust enrichment, according to the lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court. She also wants a permanent injunction barring Caden Companies from ever using her name to sell a product ever again.
And what do you know?
Alba's name and photo are nowhere to be found on the Belly Bandit website now, though they don't seem to be hurting for celebrity endorsements in the meantime.

Aside from Kourtney Kardashian, who designed a Limited Edition Belly Bandit, there are words of praise posted on the website from Christina Applegate, Minnie Driver, Jewel, Selma Blair, Bethenny Frankel and Brooke Mueller.
And Alba's postbaby bod remains a mystery of nature.
