Bill and Giuliana Rancic's child is due in late summer and will arrive via a gestational surrogate.

Giuliana and Bill Rancic’s long-awaited dreams are about to come true.

The couple has revealed they are expecting their first child together.

"We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered," the E! News anchor and “Fashion Police” co-host, 37, said Monday.

Added Bill, 40: "We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey."

The child is due in late summer and will arrive via a gestational surrogate, which means the couple will be the genetic parents.

The Rancic’s road to parenthood has been a long journey, often documented on their reality show “Giuliana and Bill,” which has included their years-long struggle to conceive. The pair has been candid about their failed IVF treatments, as well as a heartbreaking miscarriage.

Last October, Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer. She eventually underwent a double mastectomy, and is currently cancer free.

Shortly after making their baby announcement via E! News, the parents-to-be appeared on “Today” to elaborate on the details of the pregnancy.

"We are finally having a baby!" Giuliana said, adding that she and her husband of five years know the baby's gender but "we're not telling anyone yet."

The couple said they were set up with their surrogate through their doctor in Colorado after their last IVF attempt. The woman, who Giuliana calls “a dream come true,” lives out of state, and the couple plans to accompany her on all doctor visits.

"We received an incredible amount of love and prayers from viewers around the world," said Giuliana, "and we want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of them for their love."
