Drew Barrymore is heading back down the aisle.

The “Never Been Kissed” star is tying the knot with Will Kopelman Saturday night in an undisclosed location in California.

While details have been few about the big day, sources told E! Online that the rehearsal dinner was held at the San Ysirdo Ranch on a patio at sunset Friday.

Kopelman, sources told US Weekly, seemed “happy, relaxed and calm” before the big day.

“He looked very handsome and was smiling the entire time he walked toward the rehearsal dinner area,” the source said.

According to People, Barrymore and Kopelman’s family and friends mingled in a private dining room after cocktails.

“Several guests gave entertaining and sweet speeches,” the source added.

Cameron Diaz is reported to be Barrymore’s maid of honor and the star-studded wedding guests include Jimmy Fallon and his wife Nancy Juvonen.

"Drew has been leaning on Cameron a lot," a source told Us. "Cameron has been very involved."

It will be the third marriage for Barrymore, 37, who is reported to be pregnant with the couple’s first child.

She was married for about a month to Welsh bar owner Jeremy Thomas in 1994 and to comedian Tom Green for less than a year in 2001.

She has also been romantically linked to Justin Long and Strokes’ drummer Fabrizio Moretti.

Kopelman, an art consultant, popped the question during a vacation in Sun Valley Idaho, People reported.

“They seem very happy together,” a source added.
