Promotion for Breaking Dawn to go 'full steam ahead' despite Robert ... - Daily Mail

One of the hazards of being in a celebrity couple is that when things go wrong, the whole world is watching.

However in most cases when disaster strikes, each party can at least avoid each other and lick their wounds in private.

Sadly that doesn't look like it's going to be an option for Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

It has been confirmed that the embattled pair will have to undertake full promotional duties in the run-up to the November release of Breaking Dawn: Part 2.

In a statement to Entertainment Weekly, Summit’s president of worldwide marketing, Nancy Kirkpatrick said: 'While it is studio policy not to comment on the personal lives of actors, Summit is moving full steam ahead and looking forward to this November’s opening of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn â€" Part 2.'

Robert is understandably said to be 'dreading' the upcoming promotional tour.

He and Kristen will be expected to attend premieres together and conduct joint interviews in the lead up to the release of Breaking Dawn: Part Two in November.

It seems that Robert needs more of an explanation regarding Kristen's infidelity with married Sow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, and may turn to Rupert's wife.

He is said to want to meet with Liberty Ross to find out if their tryst was a 'momentary indiscretion' or if it had gone on for months, according to reports.

Despite his heartbreak, Robert is said to be sticking to his professional commitments however, and will attend the premiere of his latest film, Cosmopolis, in the Big Apple on August 13th.
