Shia LaBeouf's Lawless Gangster Style & More of Hollywood's Prohibition Fashions - E! Online

Shia LaBeouf has never looked so good.

And we're not talking about the recent full frontal appearance he made in the Sigur Rós music video or his upcoming sex scenes in Nymphomaniac.

In Lawless (in theaters today), the former Transformers star plays one of three real-life brothers (Tom Hardy and Jason Clarke are the other two) in rural Virginia who bootlegged moonshine during Prohibition.

As their business booms, so does LaBeouf's wardrobe. He goes from from a dusty country bumpkin to a high-stylin' gangster in three-piece suits, neckties and tweedy newsboy caps.

"It's almost very Tom Ford-like," LaBeouf tells us of his impressive Lawless threads. "A little dirtier. Like Tom Ford with a bit of charcoal all over his stuff. It was kind of cool man. I've never really been in duds like this."

So with that in mind, we're going back to the era of speakeasies to give you a peek at some of Hollywood's most unforgettable fashions of The Roaring Twenties (give or take a few years, that is).

So put down your Tommy guns and have a look.
