Kate Middleton topless photos: French court reaches decision - Los Angeles Times

A French court has ruled that the magazine Closer, which first published topless photos of Kate Middleton, will have to hand over all digital copies of the photos. If the magazine doesn't turn over the topless pictures they will be forced to pay a fine. [ABC news]

Despite the royal family's legal win Tuesday to stop further publication of the photos, on Monday the Italian publication Chi published a 26-page spread of a topless duchess of Cambridge. The duchess was photographed sunbathing in France.  [Washington Post]

Redheaded songstress Lana Del Rey is slated to appear in the new H&M fall ad campaigns. Del Rey will also appear in full music video for "Blue Velvet" in H&M's fall clothing. The singer will don everything from an H&M pink angora blend sweater to a tweed faux leather trimmed dress. The film will be available Wednesday on www.hm.com. Gap has named Rebekka Bay its new creative director and executive vice president for global design. Bay, formerly a designer for H&M, succeeds Patrick Robinson as creative director. No telling how Bay will do in the new gig, but for one thing, she has the most unique spelling of the name "Rebecca" we've seen yet. [WWD] (Subscription required)

Figure skater Michelle Kwan wants pal Vera Wang to design her wedding dress. Wang designed skating outfits for Kwan for six years. [People]

The boys behind the Internet phenomenon "Sh*t Girls Say" have come out with a book. The book, amply called "Sh*t Girls Say" debuts Tuesday. [Harper's Bazaar]
