Tom Izzo is back to defend his title at the Rocket Mortgage Classic in 2023.

The action sees six four-player teams compete in a three-hole exhibition match over holes 14 through 16, dubbed AREA 313 for the tournament. No. 14 is a par-4, No. 15 is a short par-3 and No. 16 is a par-5 with a pond guarding the green. A PGA Tour player captains each team and is grouped with three other athletes, celebrities, entertainers and corporate partners. More participants will be announced ahead of the event.

The celebrity scramble is free for fans with complimentary admission and parking. Play begins Tuesday, June 27 at 5 p.m.

MICHIGAN GOLF: This hole makes you think strategy on each shot. Hazards lurk. That's why it's my favorite.

Two-time major winner Collin Morikawa will make his Rocket debut, and fan favorite Rickie Fowler once again returns. More field announcements will come out in the coming weeks.
