Entertainment, sports complex coming to Osky


LENA, Ill. â€" Midwest-based EVOLVE Hospitality will be developing and managing a new entertainment project in Oskaloosa that is being planned for the community and will include a three-screen movie theater, restaurant/bar, indoor tennis, pickleball courts and golf simulators.

The complex will be constructed south of the city’s Fairfield Inn, which is also managed by EVOLVE Hospitality. This project is being supported by the community and will be reviewed by Oskaloosa Planning and Zoning at their meeting on July 5. If approved, Oskaloosa City Council will consider the project at their July 17 meeting. Construction is expected to start this fall, with opening slated for late fall 2024, pending approval from both entities.

The Oskaloosa Entertainment Complex will have four pickleball courts,two tennis courts, three golf simulators, three movie theater screens and concessions, a bar and grill restaurant, indoor/outdoor seating options for up to 200, casual dining with a sports-focused atmosphere, a fresh fun menu with seasonal changes, and quality bar offerings featuring local craft and spirit.
