Cosm’s immersive dome featuring UFC, Cirque du Soleil and more coming to Hollywood Park


Ever wonder what it's like to be inside the UFC octagon? Or what astronauts see as they travel through space? Step inside a Cosm dome to get one step closer to experiencing the real thing.

Cosm, a pioneering leader in immersive technology, media, and entertainment, has officially begun ticket sales for its Summer Showcase series held at Hollywood Park in Inglewood. The 65,000-square-foot experiential venue, adjacent to SoFi Stadium, will feature an array of shared reality experiences that will blend sports, entertainment, and art. The venue delivers stadium-style seating and standing room with cutting-edge visuals and sound within an 87-foot diameter 12K+ LED dome, making attendees feel as if they have front-row seats no matter where they stand or sit.

Here's a lineup of upcoming events happening at Cosm:

UFC 304: Edwards vs. Muhammad 2 – July 27

The venue is set to open its doors on Saturday, July 27, for fans to experience a live presentation of UFC 304: Edwards vs. Muhammad 2 in Shared Reality. Cosm's huge LED dome will offer fans in Los Angeles the experience of being right next to the Octagon at the fight in Manchester, UK.

"O" by Cirque du Soleil – July 28, and additional showings in August

The venue will host a never-before-seen Shared Reality experience of Cirque du Soleil's aquatic classic "O". This particular show is the most successful performance in Cirque du Soleil's history and has played to more than 19 million people in its 25-year run. It is still a crowd favorite and can be seen live at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.

Audience members will have the unique opportunity to experience Cirque du Soleil's performance from new and captivating perspectives, fully immersed in the acrobatics, artistry, and dreamlike sequences that define the show. For the first time, the production of "O" will be presented in a fully digital and immersive format, allowing visitors to engage with every visual and auditory detail in an unprecedented manner.

ORBITAL by Planetary Collective, directed by Guy Reid – July 28, July 29, July 31, and additional showings in August

Planetary Collective's newest film, "Orbital," directed by Guy Reid, takes audiences on an animated journey to outer space. This experience features genuine accounts from astronauts who have seen Earth from space. "Orbital" will premiere at Cosm on July 17 with an exclusive private event, followed by additional ticketed showings scheduled throughout the summer.

SEEK by Nancy Baker Cahill – July 29, July 30, and additional showings in August

Nancy Baker Cahill's immersive visual narrative, SEEK, is also set to play at Cosm. This show aims to dissolve the barriers between the viewer, the lens, and the filmed content. This innovative experience will have a private premiere on July 18, followed by ticketed showings throughout July and August. The visual journey features a series of custom-designed abstract landscapes, such as water, sand and wind, fire, and forest, each enhanced with meticulously camouflaged visuals and audio elements.

LIQUIDVERSE: Microcosm & Macrocosm by Ricardo Romaneiro – multiple showings in August

Ricardo Romaneiro's audiovisual symphony, LIQUIDVERSE: Microcosm & Macrocosm, offers a sensory journey. This experience combines orchestral music with liquid visuals. It will debut on July 12 at a private event featuring a live orchestra, followed by ticketed showings throughout July and beyond.

NCAA College Football Starting – August 31 (Tickets on sale in late June)

US Open Tennis – August 26-30 (Tickets on sale in late June)

Premier League – Starting mid-August (Tickets on sale in late June)
