Since Ina Garten first announced that she was writing a memoir in 2019, we've been patiently awaiting its arrival. Be Ready When The Luck Happens will be released October 1, 2024, which means a book tour is also in the works. And if you nab a ticket to one of the tour dates, Garten isn't the only celebrity you can expect to see.
Garten announced the details about her book tour in an Instagram post yesterday. "I am so excited to go on my first in person book tour in almost 7 years! For the tour this fall, I will be traveling the country having onstage conversations with some wonderful friends, writers, actors, and food people," she wrote.
The tour runs from October 8 to December 12, and each stop will feature a famous host. Included in the lineup are actors Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Laura Linney, and Frances McDormand, writer and cookbook author Tori Ritchie, author Ann Patchett, and chef and author Erin French, who owns The Lost Kitchen in Freedom, Maine.
"Also, so many people have written asking if I could add their city to the book tour," she added. In the post, Garten said that she added two additional cities to the tour and a second stop in Washington, D.C.
