Travis Kelce Jokes His Major in College Taught Him 'How to Not Go to Jail' in “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? ”Trailer

The Prime Video series will see contestants rely on the help of celebrities, including Nikki Glaser, Garcelle Beauvais and Lala Kent, to answer elementary school questions in hopes of winning $100,000

Travis Kelce is bringing his A-game to Prime Video's Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?

On the upcoming Prime Video series — which is hosted by the Kansas City Chiefs tight end — an adult contestant "will rely on a classroom full of celebrities from comedy, screen, and sports to help them answer 11 questions on a range of subjects, pulled from elementary curriculum" to take home $100,000 in prize money, according to an official synopsis.

Instead of going up against the celebrities, the contestants will be able "enlist their help and, in some cases, can even 'cheat' off of them," the official description states.

On the final question — which is at the 6th-grade level and worth $100,000 — the contestant will select a star "to discuss the answer with before locking in."

In the trailer for the game show, Kelce, 34, teases Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? is where people can "win ridiculous money just by answering questions about stuff we all learned back in elementary school."

While Kelce may not have all the answers, the celebrities are there to lend a hand. He explains, "If a player gets stuck on a question, they can cheat off the celebrities."

Funches' help appears to fall on deaf ears as he tells a contestant, "You were like, I think it's true. He thinks it's true. False!"

The group, including Kelce, then break out in a jingle, singing the lyrics, "It could be true or it could be false."

Later in the clip, the athlete is asked what he majored in college and he jokingly answers, "Criminal justice. If I'm gonna go to school, I might as well learn how to not go to jail."

Kelce revealed on his and brother Jason Kelce's podcast New Heights in May that he enjoyed several memorable moments while filming the game show.

"Did anybody win $100,000 can you disclose that?" Jason, 36, asked his brother.

"I can't disclose that… but there [were] some f---ing exciting contestants," the Kansas City Chiefs tight end responded.

"It was a blast, man," he recalled. "It was a blast shooting it, and to be honest I always wanted to do something with a game show."

"Me and you, not only was it ESPN, but [we also watched] Game Show Network," he continued. "So many, so many good game shows. And I always wanted to be a part of it, whether I was a contestant, someone helping out or hosting one."

After his brother congratulated him on the new gig, Travis replied, "Thank you, man. I think everyone is going to really enjoy this one."

"It's basically Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader but instead of actual fifth graders up there — and them getting questions wrong and you kind of feeling bad because a kid is up there and just got a question wrong on TV — it's a celebrity and now you can make fun of them," he joked.
