I'm A Celebrity 'feud exposed' as Olivia Attwood takes brutal dig at Maura Higgins

A reported clash has emerged, with Olivia Attwood seemingly throwing some fiery shade at Maura Higgins. The former I'm A Celebrity campmate, who famously exited the show after a mere two days last year, teased her followers with a bombshell secret that could "blow your f***ing mind", suggesting someone's been copying her style.

While Olivia hasn't named names, fans are speculating it's about Maura, 34, especially since she's just signed with the same PR agency and opened up on getting back at a cheating ex. Olivia's explosive Instagram story hinted at imitation: "One day I'm going to write a book and some of the stuff I have managed to keep quiet on over the years. It will blow your f***ing mind. You can try to hire all the same people, regurgitate my stories as your own, study the playbook, follow the recipe blah blah blah, but it will NEVER taste the same. That's all."

Earlier this year, Olivia revealed her motivation for entering the Love Island villa was her then-boyfriend's infidelity. In an interview with the Daily Mail, Olivia shared: "I wanted to get back at my ex-bad boyfriend Bradley, and it worked. I turned down series three initially - until I found out Brad was seeing his ex-girlfriend. I thought, 'Oh my gosh, I can't actually believe this has happened to me again. What am I actually doing?' Anyone who has been cheated on knows it's just the most horrible thing. Brad and I hadn't met each other's families at that point, but we were dating. I was deeply shocked," she said.

Similarly, in a recent episode of I'm A Celebrity, Maura revealed to her campmates that she also went on Love Island seeking revenge against an ex who had cheated on her. Maura, who is currently linked to Pete Wicks, shared her story of heartbreak and revenge with fellow campmates Jane Moore and Danny Jones, reports the Mirror.

When Jane quizzed Maura about her decision to join Love Island, the Irish beauty said: "So I had a boyfriend at the time" - and she recounted the shocking moment she snooped through his phone, only to uncover shocking truths that made her feel like she "didn't know him at all". Then, she divulged: "I had a plan and no word of a lie, when he went to the gym the next day I got his toothbrush and I filmed myself scrubbing in the verges [of the toilet], he had a dentist appointment that day."

Maura even admitted: "I considered taking a dump on it." Her campmates' jaws dropped at her tale - Danny was heard saying: "You don't wanna mess with Maura! " This fiery revelation also explained Maura's go-getter attitude in the villa, as she confessed: "I went in like a bull in a china shop because I was so angry about that whole thing."

Yet whispers from Olivia's circle now question Maura's story's authenticity, as the breakup saga she narrated closely resembles what she previously said about her ex, Curtis Pritchard.

Insiders told the press: "A lot of people are feeling confused by the story Maura told on Sunday night's episode of I'm A Celeb and wonder if she's telling tales for airtime.

"She explained to her campmates that she signed up to Love Island to get revenge on an ex-boyfriend who was unfaithful and how she used his toothbrush to clean the toilet. But she said the same when she split from Curtis Pritchard, alleging to her followers she used his toothbrush to clean the bog following their 2020 breakup.

"Olivia was cast on Love Island, seeking revenge on Bradley, which worked out in the best way possible as now they're happily married. There's definitely a feeling Maura is attempting to carve out her career using Olivia's incredible success as a guide."

Olivia was featured in the third Love Island series in 2017, while Maura joined the show in 2019. Both reality TV stars have previously worked as models and Ring Girls before moving into presenting roles after finding fame on Love Island.
