Celebrity Deaths of 2025: David Lynch, Paul Danan and More Stars Who Died So Far This Year

2025 has only just begun, but the year has already been filled with tragic celebrity deaths. One of the year's earliest losses in Hollywood was Aubrey Plaza's husband, Jeff Baena, who died by suicide at 47 years old on January 3, TMZ reported.

General Hospital star Leslie Charleson's death at 79 years old was confirmed by the show's executive producer, Frank Valentini, on January 12. That same day, Dalyce Curry, who appeared as an extra in the classic films The Blues Brothers and The 10 Commandments, died at 95 after ABC7 Los Angeles confirmed her remains were discovered inside her burned-down Altadena, California, home.

On January 16, it was announced that British soap star Paul Danan had died at the age of 46, followed by the death of Twin Peaks director David Lynch at 78.
