India clinched a historic victory against Pakistan to secure the Asia Cup 2025 title. The high-voltage clash ended on a triumphant note for the Men in Blue, sparking celebrations across the nation.

Several Indian celebrities and actors joined the chorus of joy, sharing their reactions and congratulating Team India on this remarkable achievement.

Amitabh Bachchan played on Shoaib Akhtar's Abhishek Bachchan's line and wrote, "जीत गये !! .. well played 'Abhishek Bachchan' .. उधर ज़बान लड़खड़ाई, और इधर, बिना batting bowling fielding किए, लड़खड़ा दिया दुश्मन को !! बोलती बंद !! जय हिन्द ! जय भारत ! जय माँ दुर्गा !!!! The External Affairs minister of India, S. Jaishankar, wrote on X, "Congrats to Team India on winning the Asia Cup. New India delivers."

The Home Minister of India, Amit Shah, wrote, "A phenomenal victory. The fierce energy of our boys blew up the rivals again. Bharat is destined to win no matter which field."

In the 2025 Asia Cup final, India defeated Pakistan by five wickets to clinch their record-extending ninth title. Pakistan posted 146 all out, with Kuldeep Yadav taking 4/30. India, chasing 147, were in trouble at 20/3 but Tilak Varma's unbeaten 69 off 53 balls anchored the chase.

He shared a crucial 60-run partnership with Shivam Dube (33), guiding India to victory with two balls to spare. Despite the win, India declined the trophy from Pakistan's Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi due to political tensions, opting instead for a mock celebration with an imaginary trophy.
