Netflix has now officially announced a Victorious spinoff, Hollywood Arts, with original series star Daniella Monet reprising her role of Trina Vega — who is now an unqualified substitute teacher returning to her titular alma mater and clashing with the latest class of talented students, per an official series synopsis.

On Friday, Oct. 24, the streamer released behind-the-scenes snaps from the series and announced a list of its main cast members for the 26-episode order.

"Coming back as Trina alongside such a dynamic, powerful cast of newcomers is something I feel very lucky and grateful to do," Monet, 36, said in a statement. "Victorious was in a lot of ways life changing for all of us, our cast is forever bonded by that experience, and to think that I have an opportunity to steward anything close to that is a feeling I can't begin to describe."

She added, "As an actress, producer, and mom, I am so eager to create something we can all be proud to share with the world."

The spinoff will arrive over a decade after Victorious wrapped in 2013. The series, which debuted on Nickelodeon in 2010, ran for four seasons and starred Victoria Justice alongside Ariana Grande, Leon Thomas and more. It marks the show's second spinoff following Sam & Cat.

Netflix and Nickelodeon confirmed the spinoff news on Instagram on Friday, sharing a clip of Monet and Brown chatting on set, with glimpses of the Hollywood Arts campus. Monet als o appeared in a paparazzi-inspired video, holding up two signs that read "the rumors are true" and "Hollywood Arts is in production."

PEOPLE previously confirmed in February that Nickelodeon was in the process of developing Hollywood Arts. It was unclear at the time if fellow former Victorious cast members would be joining Monet in the new series.

Victorious is currently available to stream on Netflix.
