Sinners
The movie stars Michael B Jordan in a double role as twin brothers who return to their hometown after years away. They plan to open a music cafe, to do something of their own. Things take a dark turn when strange visitors arrive at night and things go out of control. Ryan Coogler brings jaw dropping visuals and raw feelings to the screen. The film is violent in parts, but it also has emotions, making it one of the boldest films of the year.
Thunderbolts
The Marvel film follows a group of anti heroes forced to work together on a risky mission. Characters like Yelena, Bucky, Red Guardian and John Walker add humour to the story. The film balances action with emotion and gives each character a clear purpose. Interestingly, the movie is also suitable for viewers who have watched any Marvel films before.
Final Destination: Bloodlines
After a long break, the Final Destination series returned with Bloodlines. The movie focuses on what fans enjoy the most, clever and shocking death scenes.This time, the plot is clearer and the tension grows nicely throughout the film. Each scene keeps viewers guessing who is next and how it will happen. The film pays homage to the older movies while adding new ideas to keep things fresh. It received better reviews than earlier parts, which surprised many and became one of the most talked-about films of the year.
Mission: Impossible: The Final Reckoning
Tom Cruise returned as Ethan Hunt for a final mission. The story takes time, but soon delivers the action fans were expecting. Cruise once again performs risky scenes and this time, the makers brought back memories from earlier films. While it leaves room for future possibilities, The Final Reckoning feels like a proper farewell.

Joseph Kosinski puts viewers right in the front row of Formula One racing. Brad Pitt leads a strong cast as he plays a racer who knows the cost of the sport. The racing scenes feel real and intense. The story may feel familiar, but the experience is exciting from start to finish. Featuring real tracks, loud engines and sharp editing, F1 delivered pure big screen fun and stands out as one of the most thrilling films of 2025.
