Priyanka Chopra will soon be seen in The Bluff.

Priyanka Chopra has opened up about why she needs security. She mentioned that while her life is not in danger, she doesn't like being recorded without her consent. A recent Variety report mentioned that Priyanka went to the 83rd Golden Globe Awards with bodyguards. The actress told the publication why she travels with security.

Priyanka Chopra said that while she has no problem with fans approaching her, she doesn't like being recorded without consent. "I am okay with being approached by anyone and taking photos, and they (guards) know that I love people coming to talk to me. They were there to make sure we're not being recorded without consent," she said.

"That's my biggest thing with everyone having cellphones. It happens often, especially with my daughter. We're i n the park or having ice cream, and suddenly I'll see it online. My security is for that reason. Otherwise, I don't need it. Nobody's gonna kill me," Priyanka added.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka Chopra is shooting for Varanasi. SS Rajamouli's next project, Varanasi, is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious cinematic spectacles ever made in India. Although the film is still over a year away from release, it has already generated massive global buzz, capturing the attention of audiences worldwide.

Headlined by Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra, Varanasi marks Chopra's much-anticipated return to Indian cinema after several years in Hollywood, and her husband, Nick Jonas, is rooting for her. The Hollywood actor and singer recently shared his admiration for the project during an appearance on The Zach Sang Show.

Speaking about Priyanka's commitment to the film, N ick Jonas said, "Priyanka has been shooting for the last like 14 months on and off. It's a South Indian film by SS Rajamouli, who directed RRR. It's his next big film. It's gonna be incredible."

In the upcoming film, Priyanka Chopra will play the role of Mandakini. The first-look poster, released last year, showed the actress in a striking avatar, holding a pistol while wearing a saree. Mahesh Babu essays the role of Rudhra, a rugged explorer embarking on a mission that transcends time itself. Every epic needs a formidable villain, and Varanasi delivers Prithviraj Sukumaran as the antagonist, Kumbha.
